It appears Blue Jays pitcher Roberto Osuna will be back early next month
The path to Roberto Osuna's return to the M-L-B is clearing up.
The league said it does not have a problem with Osuna returning from a domestic violence suspension while a legal charge could remain pending.
The Blue Jays closer agreed to a suspension through August 4.
He has not pitched since May 6, two days before he was put on administrative leave when he was charged with one count of assault in Toronto.
