The 23yearold Blue Jays closer is facing an assault charge

Major League Baseball has suspended Blue Jays closer Roberto Osuna for 75 games for violating the league's joint domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse policy.

With the games he's already missed, he'll be off the roster until August 4.

The 23-year-old is facing an assault charge and had been on paid administrative leave since being arrested last month.

The league says Osuna has agreed not to appeal the suspension.
