Two suspects had broken into the womans home on Manning Rd
The OPP have arrested a Windsor man after a break-in last year where an elderly woman scared off the suspects.
On September 24, 2016 around 5am, an elderly woman living on Manning Rd in Lakeshore woke up because of her alarm and voices in her home.
She confronted two adult men who had broken into her garage and home.
The men were startled by the woman and fled. Forensic evidence was gathered leading to an arrest.
30-year-old Paul Kelly has been charged with two counts of break and enter.
The second suspect hasn't been identified.
