Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Essex County continue to investigate a sudden death in Lakeshore.
The OPP says officers, along with Essex-Windsor EMS, were called to Highway 401 at Lakeshore Road 103 around 6:30 Monday morning to investigate a death.
A 51-year-old man was found and pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
The OPP says the investigation is in its early stages and residents in the area should expect to see an increased police presence.
Police say there is no threat to public safety.
