Driver clocked at 130kmhour in a 60km zone.
A Leamington man has had his vehicle impounded after the OPP clocked a vehicle going twice the speed limit on Highway 3.
On June 17 around 9:30pm, while doing regular traffic enforcement, the OPP stopped a vehicle on the highway in the City of Windsor going 130km/hour in a posted 60km zone.
Paul Smith-Bonnick, 26, of Leamington has been charged with stunt driving and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
His driver's licence has been suspended.
