Following two crashes on Highway 3 in Essex County Wednesday morning, Ontario PC Leader Doug Ford committed to review the possible expansion of the highway from two lanes to four.
He says he understands it is a 'massive problem' but he wants to sit down with the community and ask the community what areas need to be twinned first.
