Ontario Finance Minister Vic Fedeli promises all the research has been done, all the failsafe's are in place, and the provincial government's website is ready to let you shop online for legal marijuana.
Fedeli, though, stops short of promising that the launch will go without glitches, especially given what will no doubt be a tremendous volume of demand to access the site in the hours and days after it opens.
OCS.ca is available through your computer's web browser and your smartphone or tablet.
Data shows Canadian pot websites have been taking about 100 orders a minute on Wednesday.
It serves as the online shopping portal, and also offers up information on marijuana, like what its made of and how its active ingredients work.
The site sells dried cannabis, along with oils, capsules, and pre-rolled joints. 70 strains of marijuana are offered to start and the the goal is to expand the selection to 150 strains.
You can purchase accessories, too -- but seeds will not be sold through the website, at least for now.
The site does not let you buy more than 30 grams of cannabis at one time because 30 grams is the maximum the new law lets one person carry in public.

There's nothing to stop you from placing multiple orders, though. Visa and Mastercard are the only payment methods accepted, but the government says others will be offered in the future.
When Canada Post shows up at your door with your weed, you have to show your identification on the spot so that the mail carrier can make sure that the person who accepts the package is at least 19-years-old.
If you are not home, the package will be taken to the nearest post office and the carrier will leave behind a slip that lets you know when and where you can pick it up.
You can expect it to take 1-3 business days for your order to arrive.
The Finance Minister stresses that Ontario's regime on legalized marijuana 'is not about revenue' but rather keeping roads and children safe, while 'curbing the illegal market' for cannabis.
Fedeli couldn't say how long a typical transaction should take, from log-in to checkout, but he expects it'll be similar to other online shopping experiences.
