Damage is pegged at $20,000 after an apartment fire in Windsor.
Crews were called to the 10-block of Ellis Street Tuesday night.
According to Windsor fire, the blaze was on the second floor.
The cause has been listed as undetermined.
There were no injuries but one person has been displaced.
