Hwy. 3 is now open from Marsh Rd. to the Cameron Sideroad after a two-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon.
The crash happened around 3:00pm when a tractor trailer and an SUV collided.

The road closure was mainly related to the load on the truck which was carrying ammonium nitrate.
The driver and lone occupant of the SUV were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries, while the driver of the transport was not hurt.
Kingsville fire attended the scene and say the ammonium nitrate is not a public safety concern.
