There will be no change in the number of race dates at the Leamington Raceway.
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario has approved the 2019 race days and has approved 13 dates for horse racing in Leamington.
That's the same number as this year.
There will be races every Sunday from August 4 to October 27.
Tom Bain, a member of the Lakeshore Horse Racing Association says during some weeks this past season, bets topped $40,000.
