The PC MPP for ChathamKentLeamington calls the boycott ridiculous
The Progressive Conservative MPP for Chatham-Kent-Leamington is reacting to a call to boycott Pelee Island Winery.
Rick Nicholls is calling it ridiculous.
The boycott is trending on Twitter after the president of the winery, Walter Schmoranz donated over $2,000 to the Ontario PC Party.
Shortly after that, Premier Doug Ford tweeted out of video of him with Nicholls at the Kingsville winery, encouraging people to buy their product.
The video was met with backlash on social media.
