The bids are in for the Essex Centre BIA Pavilion in the town's Heritage Park.
Six companies threw their hat in the ring and Tilbury's Goodreau Sawmill Inc. came out on top, bidding just over $319,500 including HST.
Council also approved $37,800 in additional funding.
The 2017 Heritage Park Capital Project budget will kick in $12,800 and the remaining $25,000 will come form the Essex Centre BIA.
Amico Design Build was the highest bidder at nearly $470,000.
Construction is set to begin in 2018.
