City of Windsor Ward 8 Councillor Gary Kaschak is moving from Vice-Chair to Chair and Amherstburg Mayor, Aldo DiCarlo goes from Chair to Vice-Chair.
The Board meets at the Civic Centre in Essex on the first Tuesday of every month and meetings are open to the public.
