There are new iPads again in the waiting area at the Erie Shores Healthcare in Leamington.
As you may recall back in February, three iPads were stolen from the hospital, formerly known as Leamington District Memorial Hospital.
An image of the theft was captured on video and a suspect was later arrested but the iPads were not recovered.
The day the news got out about the theft, the Windsor Family Credit Union contacted the hospital to help replace them.
After a few months of purchasing, testing and installing the new equipment, an official unveiling took place on Wednesday in the hospital's main entrance.
WFCU President Eddie Francis says the credit union is pleased to help out as well as adding a new locking system.
