There is stability on the home construction front in the Windsor area.
According to the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, 1436 units were built last month in the Windsor area compared to 1420 in August.
Market Analyst Anthony Passarelli says starts of semi-detached and row homes continue to trend up, offsetting a downward trend of single-detached starts.
He says the inventory of completed and unsold new single-detached homes has been increasing.
