Chatham-Kent has a new Fire Paramedic Chief.
The municipality has appointed Bob Crawford to the post, who was the fire chief from 2001 to 2013.
He's currently the municipality's general manager of community development but will step down from that position on December 15th.
Crawford replaces Ken Stuebing who left Chatham-Kent to serve as the fire chief for Halifax.
Crawford starts his new role on January 15, 2017, meanwhile, a replacement for his general manager's position has not been named.
