Evidence from the preliminary hearing cant be published
The man accused in a shooting in March 2017 has been ordered to stand trial.
53-year-old William Green is charged in the death of 59-year-old Michael Holmberg-Chaplin.
Justice Micheline Rawlins ruled there is enough evidence for the case to be heard.
Initially charged with First Degree murder, the trial is for Second Degree murder.
The shooting took place in a home on Elsemere Avenue near Erie Street.
Details of the case can't be revealed under a publication ban on the evidence.
