Ontario Provincial Police have charged a transport truck driver after a shocking incident on the 401.
Officers from the Chatham-Kent detachment observed the 58-year old driver from Quebec watching a movie while travelling down the highway near mile marker 97.
The OPP say reckless driving behaviour threatens the safety of all road users.
