The vast majority were for speeding
Some drivers on Highway 3 in Essex County are learning the hard way that they need to slow down.
Essex County OPP conducted a traffic blitz this past Monday and Tuesday along Highway 3.
62 charges were laid over a three hour period including 59 for speeding and two for stunt driving.
Police say both stunt driving charges included speeds 50-kilometres-an-hour above the posted speed limit.
