A slight increase is reported in the number of companies planning to hire in the Windsor area.
The latest ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey found 6% of companies are looking to hire in the coming three months.
When the seasonal variation is removed that's a percentage point higher than in the previous quarterly outlook.
But compare to the same three months of 2018 it's a four per cent decline.
The survey also found three per cent are planning to downsize their workforce in the coming quarter.
