The trial continues for a Windsor man charged in a fatal crash despite a mistrial being declared.
31-year old Kyle Colthurst is charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death in a crash that killed 20-year-old Katie Robson of LaSalle.
He's also charged with leaving the scene of an accident and refusing a breath sample.
The trial began Tuesday with the first witness when the judge declared a mistrial because of a conflict.
A new judge took over the trial today when the case resumed.
In April 2014, Colthurst was the driver of a vehicle that collided with an SUV at Lauzon and Tranby killing the LaSalle woman who was in the SUV.
Colthurst's trial is slated for two weeks.
The driver of the SUV, Calvin Crosby, will be on trial at a future date.
