A 12-year-old cyclist was taken to hospital with minor injuries following a crash.
It happened on Clinton Street in Windsor, which was closed for several hours between Bruce Street and Church Street.
Police said the driver of the involved vehicle stayed at the scene and was not charged in the incident.
