The Ministry of Labour is issuing an apology and correction to a story AM800 News told you about in September, 2016.
Ministry officials have clarified that the information they provided on September 21, 2016 was incorrect. The Ministry now says Rosati Construction had in fact complied with three of the four orders, under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, on the same day as the original inspection, in connection with the construction site for the new Leamington District High School. The fourth order was complied with on September 19, 2016.
“Rosati Construction has always had a great working relationship with the Ministry and is proactive on safety related matters,” says Rosati Construction owner/spokesperson Nick Rosati. “Rosati Construction appreciates the Ministry’s role in the industry and acknowledges that we are all on the same team.”
