The City of Windsor is celebrating a milestone for its passport parking app.
The service recently completed its 100,000th transaction.
The transaction was made on May 3th by University of Windsor student Jordyn Deschaine.
The 21-year-old parked at a metre on Pelissier St. between University Ave W. and Park St W.
It was her 38th time using the app.
"I noticed the stickers being put on all the metres and it's really convenient because I know I never usually have enough change or any change at all so I found it really convenient," says Deschaine.

Supervisor of Parking Compliance and Enforcement Bill Kralovensky says there are between 500 to 600 transactions from Monday to Friday.
"Right now we're running just shy of 15 % which means all transactions related to parking on our surface lots as well as our street metres, 15% of all transactions are used through the app which is a very good take off for a city our size," says Kralovensky.
Deschaine received a $100 credit from the city.
The city launched the service in December 2017 and allows users to make cashless payments.
It is available at 1400 street metres and 24 surface lots including the city's hospitals.
