The Canadian Hearing Society and the union representing striking workers will enter into mediated talks.
The talks with mediator John Stout are set for place May 4, 5, 6 and 7th.
The 227 workers, represented by the Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 2073, have been off the job for eight weeks since early March. The workers haven't had a contract in four years.
The Windsor branch at Giles and McDougall employs 14 people.
Both sides have agreed that public communication on the process will be suspended as long as talks continue.
The workers serve the deaf and hard of hearing community as counsellors, literacy instructors, audiologists and interpreter trainers.
