Despite fears over the COVID-19 outbreak, the UFC went ahead with its Fight Night event in Brazil Saturday night without spectators in the stands.
It wasn't the night Windsor's Randa Markos was hoping for.
She lost by unanimous decision to Brazil's Amanda Ribas who dominated the three round bout.
Markos was coming off an October split decision victory over American Ashley Yoder.
Fellow Canadian John Makdessi also lost by unanimous decision to Brazilian veteran Francisco Trinaldo.
The main event saw Charles Oliveira beat Kevin Lee with a guillotine choke submission in the lightweight division.
