One man has been taken to hospital after a joint water-rescue in Amherstburg.
A report of a person in the water near the Canadian Coast Guard Station on Dalhousie St. came in around 12am Wednesday morning, according to Amherstburg Fire and Rescue.
The Coast Guard pulled the man from the water along the Detroit River with the help of Amherstburg fire.
No word on the extent of injures, but Amherstburg fire tweeted the man was conscious while being transported to hospital.
