Sentencing for a second man arrested on Highway 3 with a cache of weapons in a vehicle will face sentencing in 2019.
Satvir Singh, 23, of Windsor has admitted guilt to three weapons offences including possession of a prohibited weapon.
The charges stem from what emergency responders found in a vehicle following a head-on crash April 26, 2017.
In court, details of the weapons found in the vehicle were read into the record.
Singh was the driver of a Lexus where passenger Tariq Elamin was also arrested.
Convicted of possession of a prohibited weapon, Satvir Singh leaves court, Windsor Provincial Court, November 8, 2018 (by AM800's Peter Langille)
In addition to the details of the weapons heard in Elamin's trial, court also heard from a report done by the Centre for Forensic Sciences.
It indicated the serial numbers on the sawed-off shotgun and 22-calibre rifle had been removed.
Singh's lawyer Maria Carroccia has asked for a pre-sentence report to be done.
Submissions on sentencing will be made before Justice Lloyd Dean in January.
