Ford Motor Company will celebrate the production of the 10-millionth Mustang today.

The engine for the car is built at the Essex Engine  Plant on Lauzon Pkwy. in Windsor.

The automaker plans to have over 60 Mustang owners on hand with cars from every model year at the plant.

There will also be flyovers from three World War Two-era P-51 Mustang fighter planes.

Thousands of employees are expected to be at the party for the top-selling sports car in the U.S. over the past 50 years.
