The elite wrestler who attends L'Essor High School won the Junior Gold in the 44 kilo division.
Menard, from Tecumseh was wrestling up an age group and defeated among others, two opponents from McMaster University in Hamilton to win top honours.
Olivia, who is coached by David Tremblay Sr will now prepare for the Junior Nationals.
