A local realty team is flipping burgers after replacing a stolen barbeque.
Staff at Big Brothers, Big Sisters on Jefferson Ave.arrived one day in May to find their backyard barbeque had been stolen.
It wasn't the first time, so they had bolted it to the concrete and those bolts had been severed.
Word got to Rhys Trenhaile of the Manor Realty Vanguard Team and they replaced the barbeque.
Several members of the team recently stopped in to the BBBS office to flip burgers and hot dogs for kids in the summer program.
"We heard about the barbeque getting literally chopped off at the bolts from the ground and something that sort of planned and pre-meditated to a non profit organization," says Trenhaile.

He says they didn't wait to be asked to help out. "We were pre-emptive, so we contacted Big Brothers Big Sisters and immediately offered to buy them another barbeque so it was the least we could do for so much they do for the community."
Big Brothers Big Sisters Executive Director Becky Parent says the barbeque is a valuable asset for them because they feed around 50 kids a week during the school year and also run a summer program.
