The Executive Director for Windsor-Essex County Humane Society has been in touch with the London Humane Society.
Speaking on the Afternoon News, Melanie Coulter says she has been monitoring the animal killings in the Forest City.
She says the humane society in London finds the situation upsetting and hopes the culprit is caught.
Coulter says she reached out to the London Humane Society this week.
"They obviously find it very upsetting and are really hoping that someone tips them off with some information. Generally someone knows something in these cases and may have heard someone bragging or just knows someone that they have concerns about and I'm sure London Humane would definitely like to hear from people."
She says it appears London has a serial animal abuser.
"More and more with the number of cases they're finding there, it definitely is looking like that's a much more likely possibility which is extremely scary because it takes a very disturbed person to do the kind of things that they're finding here."
Earlier this week, the London Humane Society said a possible serial animal killer could be on the loose in London.
This comes after a number of gruesome discoveries involving mutilated animals being left in public places.
According to the humane society, there have been at least eight incidents involving 17 dead animals.
