The Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board wants to hear from the public before hiring its next director of education.
The board is hosting a public meeting next week to see what qualities and qualifications the public is looking for.
The meeting takes place on July 19 from 6pm until 8pm at the board office on California Ave.
Dr. Robert Murray from Dentons Canada LLP will be in attendance.
The firm has been selected to facilitate the hiring process and develop a candidate profile for the board of trustees.
Last month, Paul Picard, current director of education of the board, announced he would be retiring on October 30, 2017.
