A new addition to this year's Bright Lights Windsor Festival will be a local holiday market.
There will be ten huts included in the festival at Jackson Park selling local goods.
The festival will have three times more illumination and four times more displays along with more parking.
Anissa Noakes of the Urban Art Market and Rose City Etsy Team says this will be a huge boost to those vendors.
"Selling just before Christmas and during this great event and everything is locally handmade, there is a lot of variety" she says.
Noakes says there will be a variety of locally produced goods.
"Cards, Christmas cards, there are children's wear, there are wood signs, clothing and everything is locally handmade, some of it is very Windsor branding, so it is great for visitors coming from out of town," she says.
The Opening Lights Ceremony takes place December 7th at 6:30pm. The festival runs from December 7th to January 6th, 2019.
