Just in time for the weekend, we have a Heat Warning in effect.
According to Environment Canada Meteorologist Gerald Cheng, a hot and humid air mass is expected to arrive Friday and remain in place through the weekend.
He says afternoon temperatures in the low 30s will combine with high humidity to result in humidex values near 40.
"Basically, the air mass is with us the whole weekend and into early part of the next work week so four days, possibly."
