The Lions hit the road to take on the New York Giants on "Monday Night Football" at MetLife Stadium.
Matthew Stafford threw four touchdown passes as Detroit won its opener 35-23 at home against Arizona. The Lions are now seeking their first 2-and-0 start since winning their first five games in 2011.
The Giants are coming off an abysmal 19-3, season-opening loss at Dallas. Eli Manning threw for 220 yards and an interception in the loss. Big Blue managed just 35 yards on the ground.
The Giants beat the Lions 17-6 at home in Week 15 of last season.
