Matthew Stafford tossed two touchdown passes in the final 10:46 of the game to lift the Lions past the Browns 38-24 in Detroit.
Stafford also threw for a score to tie the game at 24 late in the third quarter.
Ameer Abdullah added a rushing touchdown and Nevin Lawson took a fumble return 44 yards to the house in the winning effort.
The Lions have won two-straight and improved to 5-and-4. Cleveland signal-caller DeShone Kizer threw for a touchdown and ran for another in defeat.
Isaiah Crowell led the ground attack with 90 yards and a score as the Browns remained winless at 0-and-9.
The Lions play this coming Sunday against the Bears in Chicago.
