A charge has been laid against a Chatham man following an impaired driving crash.
Provincial Police were called to Eberts Line around 12am Sunday morning after a vehicle collided with parked water truck near the construction zone near St. Clair Road.
A female passenger was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
During the investigation, officers determined the driver had consumed alcohol.
48-year old Kerry Rigaux is charged with drive motor vehicle with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood.
