Impaired driving charges have been laid following a single vehicle crash in Kingsville.
Provincial police responded to Road 2 East near Jasperson Drive on Wednesday afternoon and found a vehicle in the ditch.
The 74-year old male driver from Leamington is charged with operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs, and operation while prohibited under the Criminal Code.
He'll appear in a Windsor courtroom on May 19th to answer to the charges.
