A 33-year-old Leamington is facing two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of accessing it.
OPP say it follows a report from a social media outlet that an unknown person uploaded an image of child sexual abuse to the Internet.
Police searched a home in Leamington back on July 31, seizing two computers and a cellphone which alleged contained additional images of child sexual abuse.
Glen Robert Hawkins is due back in a Windsor court August 31, 2017.
