A burn ban in LaSalle has been lifted.
The town's fire department cancelled the ban Monday morning after the area received some rain over the weekend.
In a tweet, the fire service said the rainfall has reduced the risk of open burning is reminding residents to comply with the town's fire bylaw.

The ban was put in place last Wednesday and all forms of open air fires including campfires, fireworks and outdoor fireplaces were prohibited.
The ban was also lifted in Chatham-Kent but remains in Tecumseh.
