The fifthranked womens basketball team defeated Guelph in its homeopener Wednesday night
The University of Windsor women's basketball team has improved to 3-0 on the OUA season with a 89-42 win over Guelph at the Dennis Fairall Fieldhouse Wednesday night.
Carly Steer came off the bench to lead all scorers with 18 points, and Caitlyn Longmuir added 16 points.
The fifth-ranked Lancers now head to Thunder Bay for a game against Lakehead on Saturday.
Windsor returns home to face Waterloo next Wednesday night at 6:00pm.
