The Windsor Lancers have been knocked out of the playoffs by Guelph
The Windsor Lancers suffered a heartbreaking 62-59 playoff loss to the sixth seed Guelph Gryphons at the St. Denis Centre.
Guelph's Burke Bechard led the all scorers with 20 points on the night and also notched a double-double with 10 rebounds.
The Lancers were led by Olivia Osamusali who dropped 13 and nine rebounds.
Late into the fourth quarter the Lancers made a run, cutting what was once a 14 point lead to as little as four.
The Lancers would come close but not close enough, bowing out of the playoffs with a 62-59 loss to the Gryphons on their home floor.
