A Lakeshore teen charged with murder has been released from custody.
The teen, who can't be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, is charged with second degree murder in the death of 18-year-old Marcus Pierce.
In July 2017, Pierce died during a fight in a wooded area in Belle River.
In Superior Court on Wednesday, a judge granted bail in the amount of $10,000 and the accused must abide under certain living arrangements including he must be home Friday and Saturday from 12am -7am, and Sunday to Thursday from 9pm to 7am.
If he's outside of his home, he must be in the company of his mother.
Due to a publication ban, no other details can be released.
The case returns to court in May.
