Provincial Junior Hockey League playoffs -- Kyler Carter scored two goals and Mitch Topliffe made 30 saves in his return from injury as the Lakeshore Canadiens crushed Blenheim 9-1 at the Atlas Tube Centre Friday night.
The Blades lead the best-of-7 semifinal series 2-1 with Game 4 in Blenheim on Sunday.
Eight different Canadiens scored and J-J Percy, Jake Nimmo and Mejo Gasparovic each had a goal and an assist.
Lakeshore outshot Blenheim 40-31 and the Canadiens were 2 for 6 on the power play, while Blenheim was 0 for 4.
