Windsor police are investigating a knife-point robbery.
Officers met with a man on New Year's Day around 9pm who said he was robbed at knife-point.
Police say the victim was walking his two dogs when he went behind a building at the southwest corner of Parent Ave. and Ottawa St.
According to police, a male suspect approached the man and brandished a knife and demanded cash.
The victim gave the suspect some money.
Police say the suspect left the area on foot and was last seen walking in the area of Ottawa St. and Elsemere Ave.
The suspect was with a woman who is described as a heavier set black female.
The male suspect is described as white, in his late 20's to early 30's, approximately 5'11 and 160lbs.
Police say he had dark black hair, a scruffy bearded face and was wearing a black New York Yankees toque, grey pants and a black and white pattered camouflaged jacket.
The victim was not hurt and a weapon has not been recovered.
The Major Crimes Branch is reviewing surveillance video from the area.
