The first complainant has wrapped up his testimony in the sexual assault trial of former Kingsville Fire Chief Bob Kissner.
He testified massages escalated about eight times over a two year period in the early 2000s.
Kissner, 62, is charged with 17 counts of sex-related offences including sexual assault, sexual exploitation and sexual interference on eight alleged victims.
The complainant Friday morning testified there was a culture of inappropriate sexual behaviour at the fire hall that was deemed acceptable by everyone there.
On Thursday, the trial heard that the complainant was at Kissner's home where the alleged massages and sexual activity occurred.
Under cross-examination, the defence argued the complainant was a willing participant in everything that happened and since he doesn't remember the first alleged incident, he therefore can't remember the date.
The age of consent is 16.
A publication ban prevents releasing any details that would identify the alleged victims.
The complainant ended his testimony by saying he looked up to Kissner as a father figure.
The trial is scheduled for three weeks.
