Adrian Kempe scored late in regulation to tie it and Alex Iafallo won it just 23 seconds into overtime as the L.A. Kings rallied past the Detroit Red Wings 3-2 in Los Angeles.
Anze Kopitar opened the scoring for the Kings in the first period.
Jonathan Quick stopped 19-of-21 shots between the pipes as LA won its second straight.
Tyler Bertuzzi tied it at one for Detroit early in the second and then put the Wings ahead 2-1 early in the third.
Jonathan Bernier made 28 saves for Detroit, which had its winning streak stopped at three.
The Red Wings wrap up their three-game road trip Saturday night against the Sharks in San Jose.
