The Kawhi watch is over.
Less than a month after leading the Raptors to their first NBA title, superstar free agent Kawhi Leonard is reportedly leaving Toronto for the Los Angeles Clippers.
Several sports media outlets are reporting the Clippers will land Leonard as a free agent after they acquire Paul George from Oklahoma City in a massive trade for players and draft picks.
Early reports say Leonard will sign a four-year deal worth $142-million.
This is the first time ever a reigning NBA Finals MVP will be changing teams before the next season.
In other Raptors news, Danny Green has announced that he too is leaving Toronto after signing a two-year deal with the Los Angeles Lakers.
