A date has been set for an Amherstburg man charged in the death of another man who was skateboarding to work.
Brandin Crosier, 24, is charged with criminal negligence causing death after 30-year-old Adam Pouget was struck and killed on County Rd. 18 in November 16.
The judge will hand down her decision on July 9th.
The crown argued Crosier created a dangerous situation by speeding and passing another vehicle in thick fog which culminated in Pouget's death.
The defence says the situation doesn't meet the legal test for the charge.
